From a simple stranded wire to a complex wiring harness. We process various cable types with a wide variety of sheathing and properties.
The wire treatment is fully automatic, semi-automatic or manual. Our crimping machines are equipped with crimp force monitoring.
Cables or wiring harnesses can be protected by corrugated pipes, taping straps, protective hoses, spiral hoses or fabric straps.
CABLE & WIRE MARKINGS
With our fully automatic machine Metzner Triathlon we can print cores up to 6mm² in black or white with any text. In addition, we offer a variety of labeling and
marking systems for cables or single wires. From simple cable labels to cable markers made of PVC or stainless steel.
